Manhattan Fire Protection District serves 72 square miles. Manhattan is a volunteer department with part-time employees to help augment the volunteer response. The department has 71 members.

The Mokena Fire Protection District serves portions of Frankfort, Homer Glen, Mokena and Orland Park with a population of approximately 17,000 people over 12 ½  square miles.

Orland Fire

The Orland Fire Protection District is a multifunction fire protection and life-safety organization.  We have over 110 suppression personnel backed up by 30+ support staff.  We cover 33 square miles and serve a population of 75,000+ with 6 fire stations.  We are an ISO Class 2 department.

Peotone Fire

The Peotone Fire Department dates back to its formation in 1881. In 1978 the Peotone Fire Protection District was created.  Today the department covers an area of approximately 70 square miles serving a population of 7,000.    The department has over 50 volunteer and part time personnel.  The department has one station, located on the north end of Peotone. The department handles about 800 fire and EMS call per year.
